No.SCD-809). Cassette tape of the single (catalogue No.CL-0641) has also

note that CD+DVD version has not been released, most likely due to the
censorship restrictions for "my name's WOMEN" music video clip. In order to distinguish it from illegal bootlegs please look for the following: - 'avex inc' and/or 'Avex Asia Limited' mentioned on cover(s) and/or CD/DVD; - A note "The product is licensed to be distributed and sold only in China except Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan.
